taking things as they come

I have two interviews for internships this week. One at BethelWoods Center for the Arts and one for Step-Up Presents in Albany. It's so crazy. I'm super nervous for both. I'm not sure that I've ever been this nervous for something. I know I'll get through it though. But if I got accepted to both, I'm not really sure which one I would choose. yikes. But for now, I'm just taking things as they come and trying not to stress too much about anything. If it's meant to be it will be.

I apologize to anyone if I have seemed kind of absent from life lately though, I just have lots on my mind.

I did, however, get to see one of the most important people in my life on Wednesday though. Sierra was in town for the alumni poetry reunion tour, 'Where there is smoke there is fire.' Let me tell you, those are some of the most amazing poets and people in the world. Just being around them and feeling all of their energy was a boost I needed, despite not getting to sleep until 4:30am. It was still an amazing time and I will miss them all so much. I almost ended up going to New Paltz to see their show, but things fell through. I do have to thank Izzy though. He spent all day trying to find a way for me to get there, just so that I could spend more time with Sierra. He knows how much I miss that girl and he was there to witness me crying when I had to say goodbye to her. I have a feeling that this crying thing is going to be happening a lot more lately. wah wah.

I hope that everyone from Oneonta enjoys their spring break and that all of the other loves of my life are enjoying life too.
