Halloweeeeeeeeen

So now that I finally posted about NACA, I guess that would mean that it is time to post about Halloween...and the election...but all I really have to say about the election is Praise Lil Baby Jesus (or whoever you like) that McCain did not win. AND NOW back to Halloween....It was fun, crazy, and as always, filled with drama. I apologize to those that I ditched, *cough* JENN *cough*, and to those that saw me when I was not at my best. And a special thanks goes out to those that made me feel better when I was down. Here is just a few of the hundred plus pictures that were taken that night:

So, I feel like I've waited too long to post things about the conference I went to in Lancaster, PA two weekends ago. But I will give it ago anyway. It seems like there isn't much to say about it now though, although it was a crazy weekend. I drove down with the other techies on Wednesday the 22nd and worked like crazy to set up for the showcases that would follow for the next couple of days. There were some pretty great acts. One of the best ones ended up being an event this past Wednesday at SUCO. It was the Kinsey Sicks, a drag-queen a capella group. I had to work the event at Hunt Union and they were great, even if I had to use the ancient lighting board that had a total of like three functions it was capable of.

Anyway, back to NACA... it was a delightfully crazy weekend...i heard the "Bird is the Word" song from Family Guy more than I think I ever needed to in one lifetime and I got to meet and hang out with alot of great people. And I learned some stuff along the way too. But I think there is just one picture to sum up the weekend:
