acid reflux

i have a lot on my mind right now. this past week has been filled with new beginnings, sad goodbyes, and lots of endings.

hopefully i'll be going to see my swedish love next weekend and my home girl, sierra the weekend after that. i could use a pick-me-up right about now.

i have been enjoying my time with caitlin and emily lately though. i'm gonna miss those girls this summer.

out of sorrow comes creativity...or at least i hope so. here's a little haiku i wrote just now..enjoy:

my heart is heavy
and sore but it's probably
just acid reflux
